Take your celebration to the next level with an Afterparty DJ! You can choose from our roster of DJs, or let our bandleaders help you select the perfect fit. Our DJs can play any songs you'd like—just compile a Spotify playlist or song list and share it with the bandleader and DJ in advance.
Is your afterparty taking place in a different room from the reception? If so, an additional sound system will be required. This system is included and will be set up by our sound team during the reception to ensure a smooth transition.
Timing: 1–2 hours depending on your needs

Our guitar player can also bring an acoustic guitar if you’d like to incorporate that sound into your event.

Overtime terms are outlined in your contract—please refer to it for details. The sound team is included in the count of members eligible for overtime.
Price per additional member
For example, if the band has 10 members plus 2 sound team members, you’ll need to account for 12 units of overtime.
Please note that this setup does not support the use of playback/tracks, as playback/tracks requires a mixer and the presence of a sound engineer. With this package, the only available option is live musicians using their own amplification.

Do you or your planner need a dedicated liaison to communicate with the bandleader on the day of the event? This optional service helps streamline communication and ensures everything runs smoothly.
While not required, adding this team member can provide extra support for your planner or venue coordinator, offering peace of mind and a more seamless experience. This service is available for an additional fee.

Some venues don’t have enough space to accommodate both dinner and dancing in the same room. In that case, having a separate area becomes essential—especially if you’re planning to include toasts or live music during dinner. We’ll need to bring in additional equipment and labor to make this setup work.

For events with over 200 guests or those spread out across a large area, we recommend using satellite speakers to ensure balanced sound coverage so all guests can hear clearly. This setup will require additional speakers, wiring, and labor.
Please consult with your bandleader or band manager to determine the appropriate number of speakers for your event. Sharing a floor plan of the venue is highly recommended, as it helps us better understand the space and assess what equipment will be needed.
Priced per speaker
The piano shell creates the appearance of a real grand piano, giving the impression that our keyboardist is playing one—without the need to rent an actual grand piano. This is perfect for ceremony!

Each contract comes with 2 sound team members. For room flips or situations requiring a fast setup or breakdown, which involve more labor or additional crew, advance coordination is necessary.
